Begin our Quick Approval Process with a 1% Refundable Deposit to be Applied to your First Payment.
Midwest Equipment Leasing requires a commitment fee equal to one (1) percent of the equipment cost. This fee is taken pending credit approval. If credit is approved substantially in accordance within the proposed terms the commitment fee shall become non-refundable and the client agrees to enter into a lease agreement for the proposed equipment. Upon lease commencement the commitment fee will be fully applied to the lease. If after credit approval is obtained, the client does not enter into the proposed lease, the entire commitment fee becomes the property of Midwest Equipment Leasing. If credit is denied, the commitment fee will be refunded. The client agrees that it shall pay the costs and expenses, including actual attorney fees, of Midwest Equipment Leasing in connection with its enforcement of the terms of the Lease Application and Agreement. This Lease Application shall be controlled by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
